Lal Mohammad, the visionary founder and CEO of BalanceEdge Accounting & Tax Services LLC (BEATS), has over 20 years of experience driving social impact and transformational growth within for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations. He has successfully led nonprofit organizations with revenues and budgets up to $15 million, demonstrating a proven ability to align financial operations, budgets strategically, and plans to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Renowned for his expertise in revamping systems and processes, Lal reduces operational inefficiencies while fortifying internal controls and financial governance. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing the missions of numerous community-based organizations, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of those they serve.
Lal’s academic journey encompasses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kardan University. He is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional, a Certified Registered Tax Preparer, and an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
